Terms & Conditions
Information Regarding Your Booking
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Soluna - Events, Balloons & Rentals (“Soluna,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, submitting a booking request, or making payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to all terms outlined below. These terms are valid without signature and are enforceable upon booking.

Payments & Booking
- A deposit and/or full payment is required to secure your event date.
- All payments made are non-refundable.
- No date or services are guaranteed until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking (excluding custom or special-order items).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments.
- Same-day cancellations or cancellations after setup has begun will result in full payment being retained.
- Custom balloon designs, specialty items, and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Delivery, Setup & Access
- Delivery and setup fees may apply and will be outlined in your invoice.
- Standard setup includes access to a safe, clear, and accessible area.
- Client must ensure:
- Adequate space is available
- Clear path for setup
- Permission for setup location
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Stairs, long distances, or difficult access
- Outdoor setups requiring additional materials
- Specific time requests or delays
- Delivery and setup times are scheduled within a time window and are not guaranteed to a specific minute.
Client Responsibility
- Client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup.
- All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear.
Client will be responsible for:
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Excessive cleaning
*Replacement or repair costs will be charged accordingly.
Balloon Décor Disclaimer
- Balloons are temporary décor and are affected by:
- weather
- heat
- wind
- sunlight
- Soluna is not responsible for:
- balloon popping
- deflation
- damage due to environmental conditions
- Outdoor installations are done at client’s risk.
Setup Modifications
- Once installation is completed, design changes or adjustments are not included unless agreed upon in advance.
- Any additional changes requested onsite may incur additional fees.
Pickup & Equipment Return
- Rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed time.
- Items must be:
- gathered in one location
- free of debris
- ready for retrieval
- Failure to comply may result in additional fees.
- Late returns or unavailable items will result in:
- extended rental charges
- or full replacement cost if not returned
Liability
- Soluna is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents related to the use or setup of rental equipment or décor once delivered.
- Client assumes full responsibility for use and supervision of all rented items.
Agreement
By booking with Soluna Events, Balloons & Rentals, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
